Now is the Time for Real Estate Agents to Learn AI

Today, all the talk seems to revolve around emerging new technology. New Tech Advancements are changing the Real Estate Industry.
"AI...!!! AI...!!!" They all shout.
Let's keep it simple Agents... The most important things you need to consider about all this, so called 'NEW Tech', are:
1) Can I use it to consult to my Real Estate Clients better?
2) Does the trending innovation alter how I conduct my Realty Consulting Business?
3) Does it assist with my daily chores?
4) Will this new gadgetry save me time and spare me aggravation?
5) Will the New Tech help me find and sign more clients?
6) Can I find my clients better properties, for their particular needs, faster?
A lot of new inventions and emerging biz ideas, claim to do all kinds of things...
Nothing beats getting an education from a seasoned Pro who has already walked the road you are about to travel down. I have writ a few 'How-to-Books' for Realtors. I have created some Courses for you too. I also mentor and train Agents.
I've helped Agents and Brokers too, round out their skills and I have had quite a bit of success.
IMPORTANT: Know that the Real Estate Industry has always been changing. Someone has always wanted to cut out the Licensed Realtor to save the commission fee or to grab some of the commission fees for themself.
That has not worked yet!
There are good reasons 'States' require Agents to pass a Licensing Test to be able to give out realty advice.
It is too easy to swindle Buyers and Sellers. We want Realtors to be Licensed so people do not get fleeced when making big money deals like purchasing property.
TODAY's REALTY AGENT TIP: Realtors you need to stay current with advances on the internet. The young folks are found online and since they are your future clients you have to meet them on their turf and on their terms or they will find another realtor to hire who will.
Clients hire cutting edge Realtors!
But listen, do not be afraid that you are going to lose your job to some robot. Put the AI to good use... It will help you. It will not replace you!
We will be selling plots and condos on Mars and the Moon before Realtors become extinct!
